8月25日（火）から26日（水）にかけて、台風18号の接近が予報されております。
お客様ならびに従業員の安全を最優先とし、台風接近時は下記のとおり対応させていただきます。

① 提供サービスの一部制限について
暴風警報等が発令された場合、お客様および従業員の安全確保のため、一部サービス（シェルパサービスを含む）を休止、または内容を変更してご提供する場合がございます。

 

② キャンセル料の免除について
航空便・船舶など交通機関の運休・欠航等により、ご来館が困難となったお客様につきましては、状況を確認のうえ、キャンセル料を免除いたします。
該当されるお客様は、お手数ではございますが、当宿までご連絡くださいますようお願いいたします。

 

③ 停電・断水等について
停電・断水など、地域全体で発生するインフラ障害につきましては、当宿では復旧対応を行うことができません。
ご不便をおかけする場合がございますが、あらかじめご了承くださいますようお願いいたします。
また、ご宿泊中のお客様におかれましては、安全確保のため、スタッフからのご案内やお願いにご協力くださいますようお願いいたします。

 

今後の台風の進路や気象状況により、営業内容に変更が生じる場合は、当ホームページおよび各種SNSにて随時お知らせいたします。

Typhoon No. 18 is forecast to approach the area between Tuesday, August 25 and Wednesday, August 26.

With the safety of our guests and staff as our highest priority, we will take the following measures in the event of severe weather associated with the approaching typhoon.

 

1. Possible Changes or Suspension of Services

If a storm warning or other severe weather warning is issued, some services, including our Sherpa services, may be suspended or modified to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.

 

2. Waiver of Cancellation Fees

If you are unable to reach the hotel due to flight or ferry cancellations or other transportation disruptions caused by the typhoon, cancellation fees will be waived after we confirm the circumstances.

If this applies to your reservation, please contact us directly.

 

3. Power Outages, Water Supply Interruptions, and Other Infrastructure Disruptions

In the event of area-wide infrastructure disruptions, such as power outages or interruptions to the water supply, please understand that these are beyond the hotel’s control and we are unable to restore these services ourselves.

 

 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Guests staying with us during the typhoon are also kindly asked to follow any safety instructions or requests provided by our staff.
